Dave hails from the
“heartlands” of Iowa and graduated from the University of
Iowa in 1978. Having lived in Germany for almost 10 years
while in the food-brokerage business, he speaks fluent
German. We all wish we could say the same about his Spanish
but it continues to improve. After returning to the USA he
had a successful career in the advertising business selling
Yellow Page directory ads for US West Direct in the Phoenix
market. During that time he was a multi-year member of the
“President’s Circle” which honored top representatives from
the company’s 14 state market. Dave first came to San Carlos
in 1999 and within a year had gone into business with
Octavio Llano A. and helped to start marketing and promoting
their single family detached subdivisions in the USA and has
been at Playa Blanca since the project was in its planning
stages in 2006.
Dave moved to San Carlos full time at the end of 2004. He
has and his wife Ursula have 3 great kids and one beautiful
granddaughter. His favorite pastime is spending time with
his family on their boat in San Carlos. Dave welcomes the
chance for he and his team to meet you at Playa Blanca.
John Hibbert
John Hibbert joined the Playa
Blanca sales team in 2010, when he and his wife, Fabiola,
took possession of their 2 bedroom condominium. John has
lived and worked with real estate in Mexico for over 20
years, having been involved in the original development,
promotion and sales at El Dorado Ranch in San Felipe, B.C.,
as well as condominium projects, Princesa de Peņasco and Las
Palomas in Puerto Peņasco, Sonora.
Fluent in Spanish, and well traveled throughout Mexico, he
is able to share a great amount of experience and knowledge
in assisting clients and guests with any information they
need regarding foreign residence and ownership
opportunities.
Fausto Lugo
Fausto was born in nearby
Ciudad Obregon and grew up coming to San Carlos as kid, as
he played on its beautiful beaches he realized he liked the
town so much that he decided to move here as an adult and
start a family, he now has a beautiful wife and a lovely 3
year-old daughter. He is currently in the final stages of
getting a degree in business administration and is fluent in
both Spanish(native) and English.
His most recent experience
was working with Premiere Vacation Club in San Carlos as
their sales manager and owner services representative. He
believes in helping people find their dream beachfront home
and feels very blessed to help in any way he can to make
that dream come true. On his days away from Playa Blanca he
enjoys spending quality time with his family and enjoying
the beautiful town of San Carlos.
